      Hair Serum Base 15 (Water Based) is a high-performance aqueous foundation designed for advanced scalp and hair follicle treatments. Unlike oil-based serums that focus on the hair shaft, Base 15 is engineered for maximum absorption into the scalp, making it the perfect vehicle for active ingredients targeting hair growth, density, and scalp health. Its lightweight, non-greasy formula ensures that the scalp remains hydrated and nourished without clogging pores or making the hair look oily. This base is the ideal choice for "leave-on" scalp tonics and therapeutic hair treatments.

      • Primary Solvent: Deionized Purified Water.
      • Humectants: Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin (To retain scalp moisture).
      • Penetration Enhancer: Propanediol (To help actives reach the hair follicles).
      • Conditioning Agent: Polyquaternium-10 or Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5).
      • Stabilizer: Disodium EDTA.
      • Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin (Paraben-free).
      • pH Adjuster: Citric Acid.

      Take the required quantity of the base. Add desired fragrance, extracts, or actives. Mix at room temperature until a uniform blend is achieved.
