Upon application, it breaks into a water-like consistency, delivering actives instantly into the skin. It is an ideal base for "Hydrating Aqua Bombs" or "Oil-Free Moisturizers" targeted at humid climates or oily skin types.

Primary Solvent: Deionized Purified Water.
Gelling Agent: Sodium Acrylates Copolymer / Lecithin (For the creamy-gel texture).
Humectants: Propanediol and Glycerin for intense moisture.
Emollient: Squalane or Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (In trace amounts for silkiness).
Soothing Agents: Allantoin or Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice.
Chelating Agent: Disodium EDTA.
Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin.

1. Measurement: Weigh the required quantity of Gel-based Cream Base 14.
