1. Preparation: Measure the desired quantity of Face Wash Base 61 into a clean mixing vessel.

2. Add Actives: Introduce water-soluble actives such as Neem extract, Lemon extract, or Salicylic Acid (Recommended dosage: 1% to 5%).

3. Scenting: Add fragrance oil (0.5% to 1.5%). Stir slowly to ensure the fragrance is fully solubilized.

4. Coloring: If desired, add a few drops of water-soluble cosmetic color until the target shade is reached.

5. Blending: Use a slow-speed paddle or manual stirrer to blend all ingredients. Avoid high-speed mixing to prevent the formation of trapped air bubbles.

6. Settle & Fill: Allow the mixture to sit for 1–2 hours so any surface foam disappears before bottling.
